Methodology
Every outcome must be legible.
The platform uses outcome labels to prevent a source change, search result change, and monitoring state from being represented as the same thing. A Proof Packet records the label, evidence, and limitations together.
The original source no longer serves the agreed material, verified at the source URL.
A specified search result no longer appears under the agreed query context. The source may still exist.
The agreed sensitive information was removed or changed while a source page remains.
The item is watched for change or reappearance. Monitoring does not alter a source.
What belongs in a Proof Packet
Item and route
The supplied item, selected remediation pathway, and specific request basis.
Verification record
A dated account of the check performed and the evidence available for that outcome.
Limitations disclosure
An explicit explanation of what the stated outcome does not change or cover.
Evidence Vault standard
The Evidence Vault is designed around redaction by default. Records are handled as redacted or restricted; client-exportable proof should include only evidence appropriate for the agreed outcome and should always retain its limitations disclosure.
